Eric Frattini has worked on this book since 1995 and for this he has consulted more than 270 documents from the U.S. Federal Agencies, analyzed documents from the FBI, which after attacks on 11^th September, was classified as secrets and this is the only book that analyses the conception and execution of the attacks, with actual information until the 30^th October. It sets the position of the people and the North American government, analysing the motivations of the Muslim people.
