Anna leaves her house after breaking up with her husband Ricard. She moves into a brown Volkswagen auto-caravan lent to her by a work colleague. After living for a while on a desert campsite, she moves to a parking lot in a rest area on the outskirts of Barcelona. Her current job consists in working as a security guard for an exclusive health and beauty centre, where she meets a young man who is obliged to stay there by judicial orders. He is unable to walk due to a paralysis and also refuses to reveal his identity. They meet during one of Anna’s night rounds and begin to feel attracted to each other. Their strange relationship becomes dark and full of dependency for one and other, culminating in an unexpected ending on the Eve of the New Year…
