Vicente Clavero Martín (Málaga, 1958) is a Spanish journalist. He got a degree in Information Science by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1980. He has worked as an editor of the agency Europa Press and the prominent Spanish newspaper ABC. He was part of the fundacional team of Expansión and of the Diario Médico. He was the director of the weekly newspaper Gaceta UNiversitaria and El cCorreo de Andalucía. From 2002 to 2007 he was the general director of the GMP, the services society to the regional press lead by important Spanish Grupo Prisa. He works currently as information chief and columnist for the Diario Público.

In 2007 he published the novel Su Eminencia (His Eminence).
