Biography Paz de Laorden Born in Madrid, Paz de Laorden studied Journalism and holds a PhD in General Literature. As a journalist she has worked for the Spanish newspaper ABC, among others, and for the weekly magazine Blanco y Negro. In 1990 she joined the news team at Antena 3 Television where she worked first as an editor and then as an international correspondent. Ten years later she decided to transfer to the weekend news department in order to have more free time for her writing.
