Biography Anxos Sumai Anxos Sumai was born in Catoira (Galicia), in 1960. She is graduated in History and combines her job as a documentalist with her passion for literature. She was awarded  the Premio da Crítica de Galicia 2004 for her first novel Anxos da Garda, originally written in Galician. Her second novel Melodía de días usados was published by Galaxia to great acclaim of the critics.
