Born in 1979, I grew up in Vic until the age of eighteen, when I moved to Barcelona to begin my studies in Spanish Language and Literature. Three years later, I went on to study Comparative Literature and Theory of Literature at the University of Barcelona. During this period I had many different jobs - such as working in several bookshops - which permited me to extend my student life. I graduated and joined the Pontas team in 2004, an experience which gave me the chance to discover the fascinating world of publishing, rights and literary agencies. In 2008 I spent four months in London in The Marsh Agency thanks to an internship collaboration programme, which allowed me to learn more about the publishing industry from an international point of view. After that, I took up my job at Pontas Agency keeping on the task that has also allowed me to nourish my passion for international literature, daily opening doors to a world full of possibilities.
